  • Hello! Today I baked bread with cheese. Delicious bread. Fast and easy. I love quick recipes and bake bread every day. I like homemade cakes. I bake bread in the oven. It's quick and easy. My grandmother baked bread, and now I bake bread with my own hands. How do you bake bread? Simple recipes will help you with this! You can find many bread recipes on my channel. Wholemeal bread, white bread, milk bread, fluffy rolls, ciabatta, Italian bread, Turkish bread and German bread. Everyone will be amazed! I often bake bread according to my grandmother's recipe.     Cheese bread recipe:
    300 ml warm milk.
    3 tablespoons of sugar.
    8 grams of dry yeast.
    2 eggs.
    600 grams of wheat flour.
    1 teaspoon of salt.
    60 grams of butter.
    100 grams of cheese.
    30 grams of butter.
    1 egg yolk.
    Milk.

    Hello from Philadelphia, USA, I just tried half the recipe after converting it to US measurements without using scale. I can eat the whole loaf by myself. It is delicious. The smell, the taste...yummy!! Thank you for sharing it.

    I am from Malaysia. Anyone who read this know where is the country Malaysia located? Alot of people abroad still has no idea where is Malaysia. I love German pastries.     Thanks for this. I've been baking the bread daily for years and enjoy varying things a little.     One note to hopefully prevent anyone from burning their bread, it appears at 7:33 that they're using a cold oven to start with rather than a preheated oven.

    Oh I'm in Bristol Connecticut USA. What's really cool is my german great great grandmother taught me this same recipe! In 2 ways , with cheese and without with brown sugar and cinnamon! I sure miss her! She was 97 when she passed away in 1978! She was blind and could out bake anyone!

      I promise you that it's not as hard as you think.
      As long as you're using yeast that hasn't expired (if it's kept too long without using it the bacteria won't survive), and you follow the recipe, it's really very easy.
      Unlike most forms of cooking, though, baking tends to require a bit more precision, especially baking bread. What I mean by that is that you don't want to estimate your measurements or make unnecessary substitutions. And it's always better to weigh your ingredients, rather than trying to measure with spoons or cups, because flour can be extremely densely packed or very loose, so "one cup of flour" can actually be a lot of different amounts of flour.
      But, yeah...use good yeast that hasn't expired, follow the recipe exactly and don't try to rush the proofing and you'll succeed every time. I have faith you can do it. 👍

    Hi. I put together the dough exactly as you listed it. I'm in Maine, United States, and converted the measurements meticulously. I added the eggs, fresh from the coop, and the whites are usually thinner. After adding the flour, it was not enough to even be able to knead it. I threw it all out and started again, rechecking my conversions. Same thing. I had to add at least 2 more cups of flour to get it to the consistency you show on the video. I'm going to keep going. It's resting for the 30 minutes now and keeping my fingers crossed. It'll probably be heavier bread.😮

      I'm in New York. I cut the recipe in half to make only one loaf, from this recipe I did the measurement coversions to tablespoons and cups, the dough came out perfectly, looked exacty like hers in this video. Something had to go wrong with your measurement conversions; my baked loaf was perfect and so delicious. Something obviously was wrong with your measurements, as mine came out exactly like this video, so don't blame this recipe!

But I have been wanting to make a homemade bread so I bought a stand-up mixer with a bread dough attachment because I have rheumatoid arthritis real bad in my hands and I can't Knead the dough with my hands anymore.     Looks so great! I just love simple flour bread. Self rising flour and water , that's all. I pour it into a moderately greased skillet and voila. Pretty tasty, especially when there's gravy to dip it in LOL.

      I'm sure you can. I'm a big bread baker and I'm going to use all purpose when I make it. To be honest, her flour looks exactly like our all purpose to me!

    I'm from Waitsfield, Vermont (US). The finished product looks fabulous . The recipe is a bit too involved for someone who doesn't have a whole lot of time, however. That doesn't change that the bread is fantastic. Thank you for sharing.

    I would wish for a translation into USA measurements for ALL items (flour etc.) so I can get it just as your recipe asks for. I have tried it one time and it was very good. Our granddaughter loved doing it with me. (that made it sweeter!)

      I'm from the US. I prefer recipes with metric measurements especially bread, pastries or other dessert recipes. It is more accurate than volume measurement.

    Very educational . It looked delicious . And it made me feel like I could actually bake my own bread . Sort of like watching Marth Stewart doing one of her project videos . Also strange to say it was a very calming video to watch .

      Wheat flour is bread flour. Bread flour is wheat flour with 11 to 15% protein (gluten)
