I'm in year 7 of losing my Dad to cancer and coming up to 2 years of losing my Mum, possibly to pancreatic cancer too. I really resonated with everything you said and cried through every word. You become a different person and life is different, that's the only way I can describe it. You also become very resilient as you realise not much else could hurt you like what you've been through. Thankyou for sharing and I'm sorry you've joined our club x

I went through a similar experience when my mum was diagnosed with cancer and then she passed. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts. Life changes when we lose a parent. It's a pain like no other. 🎉

I've just watched all 3 parts and wanted to say how incredibly touching, informative and beautiful this was. I'm living with stage 4 cancer and have 6 children, the youngest being 12. I feel no sorrow for myself but my heart aches for them preparing for me not being here. I'm fortunate that I haven't yet been given an horrendously short timescale but each scan brings progression.
I wish you comfort in the knowledge that you were a wonderful son and did all you could to make your dad's last month as good as it could be. May you have a beautiful life moving forward and my deepest condolences for your loss x
