Sir, it was very informative and very useful for advocates like me. What is more challenging motivating women to make complaint and secondly, many companies do not have ICC.

Respected sir, I've lost my matriculation documents: marksheet, registration card and admit card somewhere in a market, actually i don't know where i lost it as it was separated from my document keeping file into a yello polythene bag for matric level job form filling purpose. But this incident happened 3 years ago. I have the original photo of these three in my phone and a hardcopy of main passing certificate, as i recently brought this one from my school(it came later, so i preserved it). Now i need original hardcopies of these three, so i visited my state borad, they asked me for sanha. But police will not accept it as it is very late. I heard this word for the first time. To be very honest i had financial pressure and in my entire family, no one is in job, no one is aware of law procedures, things like reporting. Please advice what to do now. Is there any way? I must be very greatful to you❤

Swear an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- before executive magistrate or before a Notary and produce it to the college authorities. Just a suggestion. Try this.

@@LegalInspiration Thanks for your valuable time. 🙏🙏 Just one thing for my knowledge, is there any provision for filling up such delayed ddr/ncr to a thana(p.s). Or only an affidavit is required.
