How to make Whipped Cream from Powdered Whipping Cream | Whipped Cream Frosting | Easy Whipped cream

You can easily make whipped cream frosting from powdered whipping cream.
This is very easy and straightforward. I’ll be using mine to frost a cake. This can also be used as a base for icecream or mousse.
Ensure all the utensils you are using are ice cold too, to prevent the whipped cream from ‘weeping’.
