I have been searching for a recipe to make "better" cream frosting forever. The icing on the cakes from the store is stable to sit out all day for parties. I've left the cakes out overnight when the fridge is too full with no melting or going sour or just bad. Is this stable to be out for a day or 2? Looks yummy! And no sugar added. Butter cream is just not on my diabetic diet lol. Thank you. Anyone who knows can answer. ❤️

You should try condensed milk buttercream. Alot easier to make
500g butter, vanilla. Beat until nice and whipped then add 1 can sweetened condensed milk.
No need for sugar.

same thing happened to me
4 sticks unsalted butter 6 cups powdered sugar. Beat butter until its whipped almost and add in sugar a little at a time. Add heavy whipping cream as needed to help consistency

I live in avery hot and humid place in the caribbean i don't like the taste of buttercream , i want to use whipping cream which i used to use before, but it
always melt after i take it out the fridge

Hmmm not really fondant is heavy,,,you need some real cream ,harder,,whipping cream is not hard enough to keep fondant,,,,real cream has at least little bit butter ( vanilla or chocolate cream )
