Even using one is to half cup of water kraa sometimes it fails me, but one thing someone thought me was to never use the mixer I use for creaming my cakes for whipping the whipped cream and if I will do so, I should boil all the tools I will use to whip and decorate the cake to remove any excess fat from them and then chill them before use. That is what has helped me till today. Dont get me wrong oh but with this his recipe, am not going to try it coz am scared of my cakes melting on me.
Please how best do we colour whipped cream. Assuming you are doing a two colour cake design. Lets say white and blue, do you whip a different batch of the whipped cream with the colour or you can add the colour to the left overs of the white whipped cream coz I have tried adding colour to left over whipped cream and adter mixing in the colour, the whipped cream turns to be runny and not stiff and stable.
I used 1 and half cup of powder to a total of 3cups of water. That’s the consistency I love to work with. You can choose to do 1 and half cup powder to 1 and half cup of water.

Personal I have worked with vizyon and blue bead and to be very honest, vizyon has never failed me where as am now getting a hug on the vlue bead but as I said earlier, I use a 1:1 ratio and with your recipe, am very scared.

I also tried it and it was the worse decision of my life because I was already late for the delivery, it was on a sunday and getting a vendor to buy another brand from was almost impossible. I found my way around it but never ever will I ever try this brand again. They ship the scraps of their products to Nigeria I guess and it never same as what they publicize

So it’ll depend on the type of food color (brand) and your environment. Sake I add the color after whipping my white cream for all my cakes

The speed is too high. You will have air bubbles in there
