Cine workers and Cinema Theatre Workers Regulation of Employment Act 1981
Cine workers and Cinema Theatre Workers Regulation of Employment Rules 1984
The act was passed by the government in 1981, but the government has not issued any notification in this regard. Why??? don't know.
I sent an application regarding the issue of late payment, i.e., actors are receiving their payments after 90 days, to the Secretary to the Government of India Ministry of Labour and mentioned this act to them.
The Ministry of Labour replied to me and informed me that this act was passed by the government but was not yet notified.
No association or person has any idea about this Act, and that is the reason they have not taken any follow-up in this regard with the government.
Now my application will wake them up, and the government will also take some action on it.
Cable Television Network Act 1995 which provides regulation for cable Television operator.
Prasar Bharati Act1990 which regulates the Radio and Durdarshan laws

Good to know that atlast the Government recognize the need of the artists and technicians of the film industry. Unconstitutional practice like this should be stop by law immediately.

Great job aur sir shoot hota hai par payment ka wait 3month karna hota raat ko shoot khatam hoti to ye log station Tak nahi chodte fir har production mei har casting mei apne coordinator rakhe Jo apne hisab se payment kalakar ko dete aur shoot door door Tak hota uss auto fare bhi nahi dete main actors ko achhi payment dete par character artist ko nahi dete coordinators ke through karte hain plz iss ke liye aap kuch kare

चाहे आपने कोई भी पढ़ाई की है या नहीं की है अगर आपके पास देश में कुछ काम नहीं है तो लोग समझते हैं कि चलो जाकर एक्टिंग कर लेते हैं और यहीं से शुरुआत हो जाती है हमारी समस्या की
