NGl his video quality is so great the editing,voice and everything ,just loved it.
before I watch tutorial Im assuming what happens is that when you show him the cards are completely random is when you look at the fourth card down and when you shuffle you control the 4th card then throw in a few double undercuts and false cuts and cut in half to a genuinely random spot, but having controlled that fourth card you already know what it is so when you look at that fourth card its from the middle of the deck but the one you predict is from the top of the deck, you completed the cut bringing the fourth card that you didnt show him as the new 4th card so repeat false shuffles and cuts then you can repeat the effect because you have already seen the fourth card that would be the new 4th card

Truly Amazing specially for those who are beginners can perform this trick anywhere đđ
Simple but great. To give a better effect before the trick is started id give the spectator an option to pick a number between 1 and 5 and thatâs the card we use instead of defaulting to 4. Gives them the idea of free choice.

Good one, Owen, but I do a version of this trick which has a really cool twist at the end. In my version, I just use the top cards, though the twist would also work with your method. The twist is that, after I have noted the key card and re-stacked and cut the deck, I say "Actually, I don't need to look at the top card to know what the other top card is; I know the top card is the (say name of key card and note the new card)", then lift the card preciously noted saying the name of the new card (they are swapped around), "and I know this card is the (say name of new card)", then lay them both down such that the spectator doesn't notice they are swapped around. Does that make sense? It's just a simple swap, but appears mystifying! But you probably knew that already.. ;)

I already knew this was a peak and control trick... I would be more impressed if the magician revealed the card, after the selection, that "told" him what card you chose.
