I think all the song is just a repetition of Bb5 (1 bar) - F5 (2 bars) - G5 (1 bar). Also, it sounds like in the chorus she (by the way, which twin plays the guitar?) plays Eb5 (1 bar) - Bb5 (2 bars) - G5 (1 bar). These chords sound quite good to me, try and let me think :)
