    I like the idea of the "two ticks" but not sure if I like that the majority of seats are still essentially first-past-the-post.
    I watched a video yesterday on another "two tick" system: *Proportional Past the Post* If you're watching this, you may find it interesting.

    what if a party wins all electorate seats but get only 4% votes . in that case how many MPs will reach to parliament .I know its not possible but asking in mathematical point

    How does New Zealand treat overhang mandate?

      They allow overhang mandates, because so far they've only amounted to an increase in one seat to the membership total. It's not so much an issue in NZ because they don't have a federal system in which list seats are first allocated between states, like Germany does.
