    As an American, I can assure you that a bicameral chamber of legislative is a nightmare. Almost all the time, the Senate and House belong to different parties and nothing happens- including the basics like stimulus checks during the pandemic. Americans are left stranded while our "representatives" squabble in circles.

      We don't have a constitution here in NZ, and in my opinion having rights that keep us away from the government would be majority beneficial. Especially if you live in NZ.

    You two kids don't know anything, in 1986 before yous we're born the nz government had a coup making themselves nil in void and therefore they are actually a corporation .

    Lore just remember government can't turn a god given RIGHT into a privilege this is common law when motor cars trucks were introduced into the country you didn't need a license to travel only people who needed a license were truck bus drivers delivery drivers taxi drivers , notice each one has driver behind it ie truck DRIVER bus DRIVER delivery DRIVER taxi DRIVER these are all acts of commerce and they needed to have a license to drive on our roads remember that there are more private owned automobiles on the public roads we pay for these roads through the tax on fuel

    "Contracts" make the Law, it's in the Bible and a Law Maxim. It's all commercial in nature and based on making MONEY!

    Where people vote based on social image, rather than their ability to govern and argue politics with little to no knowledge of how our government functions.

      @@w8mpx667 even worse here, people are generally more ignorant and most the few people in the know how still dont really know whats up or dont do much about it, NZ is not a democracy, we dont even have a constitution so our rights are on papper and have no legal backing, the police can come into your home without a warrent, throw you in prison without anyway to ring anybody and take all your belongings and keep your money without any court hearing, the court will convinct you without evidence and make things up while ignoring evidence that supports your case while letting serious criminals off the hook with a slap on the wrist because they probably sympathise with them and hate decent human beings who have more than half a brain

      @@_NetPositive Scientists have their limits, that's why skills are broken off and work separately, you can't have scientific logic guide Moral judgment, Law and Political studies cover their own basis of understanding.

      @@_NetPositive Scientists take bribes, worry about their images and get overproud like anyone can. The best systems account for human weaknesses. That's why the US has the best conceptually, even if it is running like a PoS.

    Hahaha I was born into this system made to go to school and if I didn't my parent goes to jail lol
    The transition has been very hard as culture differences made the transition lengthy and many mistakes we made.but I'm a 86 baby who am I to complain. Hahahaha she be right harden up

      @@singerdancerlaugher US used to be true free market Capitalism, but now it's a mixed economy with heavy regulatory burdens coupled with a welfare state.

    This labour government seems to have forgotten that they do what the people want, not what they see fit to dictate, as in a socialist regime.

      @EightFootSativa Oh yeah and everyone who disagrees with the government is a part of a Christian cult called Destiny Church. So it doesn't count as opposition. That's the new system we have in NZ since Cinderella came into power.

      @EightFootSativa I fled to USA! Imagine how relieved I was that MOST people in the USA don't look at me funny when I say "the government is working against our best interests"
      In the states it's a fairly established fact and the american people you meet in hostels or wherever will say it before you do.
      kiwis think you are crazy if you go against the crowd.

    Where are the human rights for everyone other than Uropean the women rights, where are religious rights, equality rights?
    Are all the rights restricted to Uropean lifes and their slaves if not then please bring or help bringing laws to protect every colour, religion, religious symbols and society with in your country.

    We as a country should make the decision together, as to giving WHO control status over our country in times of a Pandemic
    I say NO
    Our own elected Govt in consultation with the people should decide
    I do NOT agree to seeding sovereignty to any unelected body, when the people haven’t had a say.
    I do not think it is constitutionally legal
    In my opinion
    Do not give WHO power over our country, Ever
