      That would be part of the "risk" that landlords claim as one of the reasons to charge what they do.

      Aren't we all. The amount of people cashing in on work they didn't do and having debts paid off by others just to complain when things don't go smoothly is infuriating.

    A squatter is nothing more than a thief! My aunt was just telling me the state of Florida has put some strict laws in place making it very hard for Squatters.

    Hi Mark. Love your videos! Have a question about this one: At about 3:30, you mention that Social Security is "government assistance." Social Security is an entitlement, not assistance. Did you mean to say Supplemental Security Income (SSI)? Thanks

      Apparently, you don't expect the same of others. Infact, you seem aggravated when the same system you use to take advantage of others is used by others to take advantage of you.

    Not an ideal situation but at least the tenant knows you are not putting up with their bs and it will cost them more in the long run ie late fees if they screw around again.

    Hopefully these tenants have learnt their lesson and will not play up again. As a tenant, the first thing I pay is the rent. You are crazy doing anything else.

    Boy, I gotta say, you sure do get some bad tenants in Greeley. I'm just a guy with 11 rentals in Michigan, and thankfully, I have some good tenants who take good care of my properties. I could have bought properties in Detroit, but I chose to stay away from there. The courts in my areas don't put up with bad tenants who don't pay their rent. I only had one eviction in my 10 years as a landlord, and the judge gave them two weeks to get out, and they did.

    It's better to have multiple accounts so if they have to hack 1 number at a time. My tenant had the same excuse. Who know if it's real or they just googled an excuse. You lost lawyer fees so don't renew their lease

      @@investfourmore you should be thanking people like that with more than 2 words. They pay for property that you don't use or need. Once others are done paying it off for you, you get to sell it for full profit.
      It's really quite a scam you got going on.
