How long did it take you to notice your stamina increasing? I haven’t played in a while and my first day back at team training I was winded by the 10 mins playing pick up
@@kyroking9934 I use to sprint/jog everyday between a treadmill/elliptical with varying inclines and speeds. I started 10 to 15 minutes and worked my way up to 30 or 40 minutes of sprinting and jogging. So after a month or so I could tell a noticeable difference. I would also walk a lot in the evening. Holding my breath during 420ing and the gym probably helped as well. 😂😂
Glad to see other sports doing this to. Running is literally my sport still. And I remember I had a hard time with 8 30 second sprints I got up to doing 25 at 4:00 to 4:30. Hardest part is jogging the 30 seconds though. It got me to a 4:06 mile.
Just run as fast as you can as long as you can until there is no more energy left 3-5x and one other option is run on a fast speed on incline for like 20 min
@@thecodotmo9063 I mean it was hard at first but yea after I pushed my limt my heart was tired from running out breath. Its bad to over run.But after a week I started running Super quick but now I stop.Cuz now I’m building muscle and I’m sore.yea its great but its hard to go 12 + for 20mintues straight
Treadmill is the same speed he rests on the side of the treadmill. 5 min cool down at the end should be roughly 50% effort or lower than what your sprint is
Usually I’ll try to rest with a 1:1 ratio, so 30 seconds run, 30 seconds rest. But if you’re getting used to the workout, resting a little longer shouldn't hurt you!
Oh I stay at my mother and her parents house my grandparents and they don’t have this my father have this before but I don’t really go in that house anymore there are basketball ring here but I doubt I can really increase my stamina without opponents since I will be bored
It "mimics" the ground outside. If you were outside you would have to work harder to pull yourself forward with each stride. The treadmill belt comes to you so you do less work
Salomon, Hoka, or Altra for road and trail shoes. All the major brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks, and New Balance are garbage and made only for looks, not actual performance.
This is similar to my cardio routine and it definitely gets my heart and stamina up. It also helps me cut a lot of weight and builds my lower body.

How many calories you burn ??
This is my first cardio routine ever and I did this today; All I have to say is I appreciate you!
🎉 i’ve been doing these for a month.. Now my stamina increasing and weight is decreasing
I bet that cool down be the best part 😂
I rest one minute, i cant rest 30 seconds it is too difficult
But i did it today, 6 sets of 30 seconds sprints and 1-1.5 minutes rest. Thank you ❤
Definitely going to try this today
I have been looking for a way to build my stamina. Thanks a lot
It’s a living hell but good at the same time

Bro when i run on a treadmill i run on the max speed and almost died😅
I can only perfectly do 2 sets of this workout, do you think I can reach 8 sets someday too? Thank you.
I always do this on a treadmill it really helps to build your areobic base and increases stamina I do this 4-5 days a week it really helps
My cardio is horrid and I'm tryna improve it imma take this and see how it goes
How’d it go? I’m at the same place you were at 3mo😂
bro im a footballer i'm a left wing and i've got the worst cardio out of all my team i gotta train too ig
Love this cardio routine. I ahevtm bumped the incline but I gradually increase speed between 10 up to 13
Keep up the good work bro wasn’t easy doing that 💪
this was my first time running and my last.. thanks
It’s like running sprints, but on a treadmill. I’m going to use this method for Sprints.
Man a 11 yr old may try this to imrpove stamina but they gonn go flying
Wow i didnt know how much work footballer need to train. Its so exhousing😂❤🎉👍great job for doing it and show us in this video
Thanks
Preciate it
Great video bro, how many times a week is a good number to do this for stamina and endurance.? I do 30 sprint 30 rest at 8.7 speed now 10 times
Aight I’m doing this tomorrow
Just run as fast as you can as long as you can until there is no more energy left 3-5x and one other option is run on a fast speed on incline for like 20 min
I just left the gym but ill go back later and do this
This is fine, except not using security break that will cut of power in case of an accidental fall is asking for trouble.
Does it help with weight loss ?
Ima do a warm up and then straight 20 minute 12 mph.i did 20mintues with 8mph and got faster.Ima do 12 and see what happens.i’ll update yall.
what happened? was there any noticeable change between now and 2 months ago?

how does increasing the incline help, my stamina is terrible atm and I want to build it again.
Nicee😮
Quick question what is setting for rest
Treadmill is the same speed he rests on the side of the treadmill. 5 min cool down at the end should be roughly 50% effort or lower than what your sprint is
I cant do 5 incline or else i will hit mu head is 3.5 fine but i just add a few more reps?
How good is your stamina and what position are you
He can go on for hours in doggy position
Hiiii how long do you suggest we rest in between sets? 30 seconds sprint and 30 seconds rest? Or rest longer before next sprint? 😊
Usually I’ll try to rest with a 1:1 ratio, so 30 seconds run, 30 seconds rest. But if you’re getting used to the workout, resting a little longer shouldn't hurt you!
You tough!
This is call short sprints, if y’all try it at the beach with some cones
Its a short sprint! I love doing sprint on treadmill too.
Which shoes?
If 14-15 years what mph is better
Situuuuu

Which shoes do you use?
Looks like Nike Epic Phantom React
@@HarryVenetta Thanks Bro haha
That wasnt 8mph it was 8kmh
how many times a week?
3-4 times a week is good.
Can this be used for boxing
Of course!
How is a comfortable zone 8mph but then can only hold 13mph for 30 seconds? Seems kinda off
How speed ?
Bro I do 16.00 speed I think it can also give better result
why should we incline our treadmill while running?
muscular endurance
Running on a flat treadmill hurts your knees
It "mimics" the ground outside. If you were outside you would have to work harder to pull yourself forward with each stride. The treadmill belt comes to you so you do less work
my treadmill only goes up to 10mph
You should write the steps in the description or in the comments
Respectfully bro it is not that complicated you could watch it once and write it down from memory
can I do it every day?
better to do it 2-3 times a week because your legs need to heal
how many times a week should i do this?
i would like to know this too
during season, maybe once a week if you have multiple days off!! During offseason, 1-2 times a week should be enough!!
I think 6 day per week is good too😂
theres no need to over do it thats not good for your heart
Why do you say that ?
Just saying that you can slow down and do less reps could be effective too.
@@egsavage4731 I guess but this is HIIT which is meant to be high intensity. Has many benefits
How many days in a week
shoes?
Right. I can’t find a comfortable shoe to run in.
Salomon, Hoka, or Altra for road and trail shoes. All the major brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks, and New Balance are garbage and made only for looks, not actual performance.
Shit easy af
Bro 12 for me is nothing if im gonna do with 8 thats mean i have to walk 😅
This is not 8mph or 13mph lol gauging by the white dashed line on belt, it’s going way too slow. Nice try.
What speed is it?
@@tuhent3209 obviously others who liked this comment would agree..
@@jonathanl7256 im not disagreeing with you i just want to know the exact speed
@@marques8543 that’s 4:50 per mile pace… clearly you don’t know what you’re talking about little one
Don't speak to my man like that
If I don't have a treadmill it can be done on the street
I would do on the field or on the track!!
