How to reset Service Spanner Indicator Peugeot 308
After each service, the service indicator must be reset to zero.
If you have carried out the service on your vehicle yourself:
- switch off the ignition,
- press and hold the trip distance recorder reset button,
- switch on the ignition; the distance recorder display begins a countdown,
- when the display indicates "=0", release the button; the spanner disappears.

Would you know how to fix a depollution system faulty on 1.6 hdi 308sw 2008? The erros it gives is P2033 and P1351.
Hello. I recommend going to a car service that has a dedicated Peugeot diagnosis, so you will know better where those errors are.
Now I have to change my car too :) What did you get? How is it compared to previous 308?
308 year 2017, 1.6 hdi 120hp, parking sensors front and rear + rear camera 😁

Can you do video on how to deactivate automatic E brake? Every time I turn off the car it engages and there's a direction in the manual to deactivate it but so hard to follow
Hello. I will try to make this video tutorial, but the handbrake that engages automatically is more useful, plus you will have a loud alarm when you open the door to get out of the car and you have not applied the handbrake.
@@AdrianDragan I leave for out of town trips at the length of a month or maybe two. So having the parking brake engaged is pretty alarming since after i get back i hear a screeching even though i had the pads replaced. It gets stucked
You wouldn't know by any chance where is the power steering wheel fluid reservoir is located. My steering wheel became a bit stiff, just want to check the fluid level but can't find it under the bonnet. Thank you.
Hello. As far as I know, these cars no longer have a steering fluid tank, it is an electrostatic system. You should check the bearings and damper flanges, go to a service center to do this.

Salut. Cei 25.000 km afisati în bord după resetare reprezinta intervalul prestabilit de fabricant, ulterior acesta poate fi modificat folosind un tester dedicat. Eu fac schimbul de ulei la fiecare aproximativ 10.000 km.

The engines 1.6 HDI are very good, it depends on how well the engine has been maintained (oil changes, filters). The Euro 6 HDI engines may have problems with the AdBlue system after 150,000km, its repair costs approximately 1000 Euros.

You have to insist, but by pressing the button for 10 seconds ;)

Hi! I bought Peugeot 308 2014 and after couple of days I received problem on my panel it says that parking brake need service and auto parking brake is off! Maybe you could know where could be the issue! I hope there is something I could check before I'm giving my car to service! Some people said I should take off front tires and and check if there is nothing on the brakes but....
Hello. If your car has an electrically operated parking brake, it is possible that there is a problem with the rear brake caliper motors, their cables or something else. It is recommended to do a diagnosis in the service.
