@@mauiswift6391 Karen’s car has an emergency auto braking feature - it’s called PKSB - parking support brake. In order to override it you must go through a 7 step process using buttons on the steering wheel. Every time you start the engine it resets to “On” - so unlike other setting it won’t stay turned off. The car will apply brake force abruptly and stop the car within at least 6” of any large object behind it. Karen had to complete the 7 step process to allow her car to hit Johns car.
@@mauiswift6391 I worked for Lexus for 4 yrs. 2019-2022. I am very familiar with this feature because people complained about it and were upset the setting would reset each time. Most complained saying it scared them when they were backing out of a parking space at the grocery store. One guy returned the car the day after buying it because it was being activated by the steep incline on his driveway.
The prosecution has presented not a bit of evidence.

Hav any of the persons on this panel, watched the turtlas eboy interview from last week, with a retired FBI/ DEA AGENT, he has a first hand account from the town workers , plow driver were treated to lose their job if he talks... as a sander reported seeing the victim ,John, on the lawn after 2am...

I can bring you up to speed for those of you late to the party.
There is no police audio recording of just what Karen actually said soon after she saw the body.
So we have absolutely zero knowledge of what the four EMTs actually heard Karen say.
It's possible, and very probable, that Karen actually said: "Did I hit him"?
No police or fire witness at the scene included any of Karen's comments in their written reports on January 30 when they returned to their respective stations.
The only witness testimony regarding Karen's comments came later from potentially biased witnesses.
So far, no prosecution witnesses have testified that they saw the car moving backward. They testified seeing the car move forward three times!!!
Karen said in an interview several months before the trial began: "I dropped John off at the driveway and I saw him walk up the driveway and up the front walk leading to and into the Albert home".
If she in fact saw that, how could she be responsible for a body that ended up on the front lawn near the flagpole?
Karen's attorneys will rip Proctor and Higgins apart when the defense brings their case.
It's lame that the lead State Police investigator who is so well-connected with the Alberts and McCabes participated in the investigation. He should have refused himself!!
Procter probably had advanced knowledge that a District attorney was about to issue a directive that no prospective witness could change their phones or remove any data on their phones, the day before phone corruption and complete data loss (email messages, text messages, phone calls, etc) happened!!!
Brian Albert testified that he uses iPhones.
I have changed and/or upgraded my iPhone several times and each time the Apple tech-support person made sure that during the upgrade all my phone data was preserved in the Cloud, and would be available on my new and/or upgraded phone!!
The defense should get information on how many times Brian McCabe previously upgraded his phone, and whether his phone data was preserved.
And does anybody really believe that there were two "butt dials" by Brian Albert and Higgins at 2:30 in the morning?

The Defense came out with their 3rd party theory one year after the murder. One year after Yannetti admitted it was a terrible accident. He made a deal for 16 months for KR, it was turned down.
I'm surprised you guys are ignoring the facts.

You mean Yanetti brought this up after the defense investigators found out the facts of the case? That is very normal with every single trial.
The DA and the ones actually responsible for the death of JO were praying the frame job was enough to force KR to take a plea deal. Anyone who only had a public defender would have been coerced into taking the deal after being held in gen pop without bail, getting beaten every day.
So if Yannetti said it was a terrible accident, why is she charged with murder? We punish defendants for not taking a plea deal and over charge them?
Who cares how long it took the defense to discover the truth?
@@darcymoon2109 As soon as Procter stepped in he and Jen McCabe began working together. In one of the hearings it was said by Lally that Jen McCabe was the one who put the time line together for them. After that was done and the stories were set they went and arrested Karen again and charged 2nd degree murder. It all had to do with Jen and Procter and that is why every single story that was told by the witnesses were different with every "interview" and they all knew the same details because in every "interview" it was the entire group.
Why are the witnesses on trial? Isn’t it the other way around!
She killed him not. On purpose but I believe she did it how come their was no proof of dna of any dog when the defense says he was bitten by a d o g they just want to put the blame on everybody else

Initial incident was a drunken argument turned fist fight that got out of hand inside the house. They moved him outside to imply he was accidentally hit by a plow.
Had his death or serious injuries been known to happen in his house he would have been liable and ruined this families reputation. Putting him outside, separated him from this liability. He would have gotten away with this theory had they not tried to frame Karen Read. The state troopers and Canton Police helped cover this up by not investigating. Had they not framed Karen, Karen wouldn’t have access to any evidence in the case due to “on going investigations” but because they tried to frame her she has access to everything. Giving her the ability to expose them for who they really are, murderers and frauds.
Karen purposely hit him, left him die, then went back there, pretended to be surprised and shocked… Then said, “I hit him haHA! I confess!”

Some people here can't recognize sarcasm in writing. This is a good point. If she did it on purpose to KILL him, she would not have confessed at the scene. This points to an ACCIDENT not a murder. PLUS: her: "i did it" statement was only heard by an EMT who is a FREIND of the family who lived at the house, and from what I understand, no other person heard her say that.
The entire trial so far has not to prove Karen Read guilty, it's to show what the other people didn't do. This entire trial is aa joke , so many lies from the Canton crew
Everyone forgets when she was charged with manslaughter, she admitted it, both her father and Yanetti stood separately said it was on the courthouse steps it was an innocent accident. Yanetti negotiated 16 months for her but she rejected it.
