Sending invitations - get referral rewards

Users connect with each other by sending invitations.
A new contact is added to the sender and receiver of the invite.

Click on image to bring up menu
Click on 'invite'
Type email of the other User, click 'Invite'
An email is sent to the other user.
If the receiver is a new user we get a referral reward

Open email client, look for & open invitation message
If a new User - click on Windows link - do install & run
With User program running - click on link to accept invitation
An email is sent back to User: [e-mail] (on Linux OS)
Click on image to bring up menu
Click on 'connect' - see the added contact: [e-mail]
