Tristan hit the nail on the head though with this one. Personally I’ve had this experience too, I’ve known people that want clearer skin for example but they’re always eating junk food and not drinking enough water or getting any exercise. I can sit there and explain to them in detail what they need to do to see massive results in 2-4 months and they’ll sit there, agree to everything I said then go back to their shitty habits.
Moral of the story is: Some people want change but don’t want the struggles that come with that change.
I don't think you gonna change, I think your gonna be like those new year resolution people will try to exercise but after a month or two they quit. And the big reason your not gonna change is YOUR COMFORTABLE, think about it, your a multi millionaire can buy practically some luxury items and food, 304 come to you, you live in a very comfortable lifestyle. Fresh should hire a private chef. Problem with eating out is most foods are cooked with seed oils (canola, vegetable oils) which leads to most health problems we have here in the states. Either have a private chef or cook your own foods is the best way to lose weight and feel your best

I've lost 80 pounds eating fast food over 8 months...Intermittent fast, eat one meal a day, and go to the gym. Lift weights and do a little cardio. I mainly walked for 30-60 min after I lifted weight upper body 3 days a week lower body 3 days a week ...With one meal a day you don't need a cheat day each day is a cheat day just make sure yoir one meal isn't 3-4k in calories keep it reasonable at no more than 2500 calories I usually would have about 1200-1800 calories max for dinner
