Because when you set it up, they won't see it coming, and at the same time, you can throw hard which would KO them or hurt them.

His technique is average at best … bad footwork while punching , badcover and weaving , to short hands He isnt even stretching out his arm full , he does short punches which gives the illusion of speed , he travels a short distance with the punches .

Big George somehow still found a way to hit and connect well with his slow punches. And with his iron chin ,he could not be knocked out so easily. One of my favourite heavyweights. Overall, speed is more important because you're more likely to hit in the first place.

It's an incomplete punch, I teach this in my gym, people think that you punch THEN you pull back, this is why people forget pulling back the arm or the jab when they throw a straight, that is why I teach that a complete punch is BOTH the punch and the pull. That also gives the speed of the combo.

the thing is though, this is a heavy bag and i look incredible against a heavy bag as well, i can punch fast with decent power and it looks and sounds very intimidating but in reality of a real fight you also gotta pick your shots too because if your going that fast and hard from round 1 to round 3, by the 3rd round your exsaughsted and dont have enough energy in the tank for a strong ass finisher and then you will get beat unless you got insane cardio and the mental will power like rocky but otherwise for me I've found much better success in going very fast and precise with all my power when i see an opening but otherwise I'm jabbing hard and then just throwing punches to get them to open up and it allows me to annoy my opponents until they attack me and then i hit a really clean counter right cross with some good power behind it while they are rushing forward and its over!
