- We wake up in the Tankwa Karoo, Ready for a day full of exploring off the beaten track! The Tankwa Karoo National park has an incredibly diversity of animal and plant life and we got a great chance to witness it all. We stopped for brunch in the middle of a pan, and then explored of the farm ruins on our way towards Sutherland, trekking slowly to the top of Ouberg Pass, getting these offroad vehicles to work! we would leave the dirt road behind, disengage 4x4 and make our way to Tjol Se Gat, for a quirky bar experience and a good night camping! Our last adventure for this trip would be to head to the Tankwa Padstal, where we could camp and really take some time to think about the experience we all just had! These Budget Build vehicle have really given their owners some major life experience, but I think in the end it’s all so worth it!

You can tell with Andys eyes, he is Greatful and Enjoying his Vehicle.
For what the guy with the TATA said ... yes
It is amazing to see Andy’s excitement with his Isuzu. Well done Adrian for helping his dream come true!
It’s so good to see him enjoy it! 😋
Can't believe you using TATA truck , love from India 🇮🇳 your old viewer
Many happy and memorable kilometers Andy!
So excited for this next instalment!! It’s wonderful to see some real world overland builds! Thank you bud
Such a cool little adventure. It's awesome to see Andy getting used to his little trokkie. He is so emotional and overwhelmed, just loving life and embracing new adventures.
Looking forward to the next one guys.
Enjoying the Tata. Just shows you don't need expensive fancy equipment to go out and explore. Equipment can be really expensive.
So hyped that Andy finally gets to be out in his own machine - cheers from the States and safe travels! 🦓
Us too!
I've seen Isuzus do things I've never seen a hilux even attempt. Highly underrated 4x4s
Thanks
Andy and his suzie rule!!!
Andy your vehicle is beautiful ❤😍😍. Isuzu powerful machine 😍😍❤
Awesome to see the excitement of someone enjoying their own vehicle
Oh Andrew the 18 yr old man of a many words 😂. Those views are epic! Great cinematography of the animals🤙
Awesome content as always. Thanks for sharing and taking us along
Thanks guys awesome. Love it
Loved the series my bru, so great to see how enthusiastic Andy is about everything. You have done well here, having met the wonderful person he is i can't wait to adventure more with him and yourself in the future, and FYI i have had serious FOMO that you camped with Nicky and Andrew, gotta get out there and camp with them again!!!
For sure buddy! We will be back soon I’m sure! ❤️🙏🏻
The Isuzu is doing well, fantastic bakkie, can't wait to see it with the new suspension and Andy's face when he gets the surprise
Great episode, really happy for Andy enjoying his vehicle, that Tata gets the job done, gives me hope that my 2014 ranger can one day do a trip like this. 👍
Best of luck on your travels! 👌🏻
Very exciting clip thumbs up guys
Very nice thx´s 🤙
A spectacular area documented spectacularly 😉😁
Glad you enjoyed it
Excellent series, exactly what I wished for. Thank you for taking the time to make such a wonderful production. Wish I was out there myself...
Glad you enjoyed it!
WOW amazing
Awesome video, great to see you recognize that any well maintained reliable vehicle can take you to such wonderful places in our beautiful 🇿🇦
There is nothing like exploring... Happy to see Andy is enjoying this in his own truck aka Bakkie. May you have many, many thousands of trouble free kilometers in your Overlander!
Next trip for Andy must be Botswana !!!! :-)
Haha yes I think his next trip must first be his own trip 😋
Nice one Adrian!
Awesome video. I'm sure Andy enjoyed it alot.
Om Andy in the thick of things, waisting no time checking Oil , Ntate.
mega cool episode....tnks
Really enjoyed this episode, thanks!
Glad to hear it!
Andy must relax, we went up Ouberg pass with a 2WD ford ranger.
🤣 yes I know that it isn’t hectic; but it’s his first time ever driving a pass, he is still learning what his and his vehicle’s capabilities are.
Immensely chilled episode. A relaxed and laid-back viewing. 👍👌
Was going for that so glad it was well received 👌🏻
Another great video, thanks heaps
Glad you enjoyed it
My Tankwa trip was incomplete due to tire burst in January... looks like I missed out!
Definitely taking 2 spares and will be heading there soon!
Sorry to hear that
Seeing that the Isuzu's load bin is his tent why dont you put canvas and shade net by the canopy doors so that he can sleep with the doors open and have fresh air going through
That’s the plan! 👌🏻
Andy, I'm interested in becoming a camper and don't have the knowledge. I want to get in touch. Especially with the Jimny modifications
Good one guys! Is that a Montana 700i I saw in the Isuzu? If so how are you finding it.
I’ve been using one in the Hilux; it’s very cool! Great value for money 👌🏻
It’s good that it has the Inreach built in and is also mobile for hiking etc, but what is your view on the 700i for Overlanding as I have seen you have used the Garmin Overlander as well?
I think it’s a great budget option for people wanting the best of both worlds
Magic guys......🤙🕶
Q:
What do you guys ad to the fuel, and why ?
It’s a diesel conditioner by Flashlube, it’s anti fungal, lubricating, emission reducing, cleaning and also helps separate water and diesel, so when it hits the 30micron pre filter it’s easier to separate the diesel and water too. I find I get my my best fuel economy when I use it too, so we use it pretty religiously
I use a diesel system cleaner every 6th tank, do i still ad diesel conditioner, and how many times ?
@@paulsmit8147 I do it with every tank now, because it does all the cleaning anyways, I don’t really need to use any extra cleaners etc. 👌🏻 you can check out the product a bit if you like “Flash Lube Diesel Conditioner” 👍🏻
Lol had no idea Tata’s are sold outside India.
Please tell me the name of the campsite you stayed at after Tjol se Gat!?
