I was looking for Atari games in yard sales in June 2022, so I asked at a yard sale in the unlikely chance they had any. One woman said she had one years ago, and she used to play Montezuma's Revenge a lot. She had to be around 60 years old, and she was playing this and losing track of time, then her kids got home.
I played (and thus I am familiar with) the Atari home computers version (on my 800XL), but this one looks really good as well. I might give it a try using Stella.
I never knew this came out on the Atari. I only played this on the old Apple computers in my elementary schools computer class. I still play the IOS version on my iPhone.

The Special bonus area was different...you would fall through the air on a black screen collecting shields...it was cool...but i like the bonus stage here because of the la ciu ca rocha song
@SimsMoyal Primitive graphics compared to other systems? Doesn't quite match up with the graphics of an X-Box One, does it? Lol. You must be really young to not know what the Atari 2600 is or when it came out. Atari's only competition at that time were companies like Odyssey and Microvision, which were much worse that Atari.
@@wexenhex The Atari 2600 was the best game console in the USA in 1983. Nintendo wasn't released in the USA until 2 years later. The only way you might see slightly better graphics is if you played it on the ATARI 800 computer at the time.

The ColecoVision game had much better graphics, but that consoles controller was God-awful. This one plays much better.

Procura a ROM no google, procura por jogos Atari 2600, como os jogos são pequenos é capaz de achar pacote com todos os jogos juntos do Atari.
