  • One from the UC Wed Night archives... Focus here is on fighting out of the Spiked elbow cover, using Elbows, head-butts and knees as a primary counter offensive. Some influence from Dave Leduc and Burmese boxing!

If I won the Lotto, and could take 6 months off, and train with anyone in the world, I would train with you.

I love it pops!! Great and fun drills too. Absolute best in Self Protection!

That forearm to the neck, when popped in hard is a beast. Even little kids doing it to you can put you down.

I love how Lee is a master at his craft and still continues to learn and grow as a warrior and student. Thank you for sharing Lee. Very generous.

That lad caught his baseball cap in mid air when it fell off from a knee to the groin by Lee....respect haha! A little Lethwei for the street sounds good to me.

Worst 8.5 minute beat down for that assistant. Feeling his pain with every blow Lee was throwing even at minimal speed..

Thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge and experience. Do you have any videos of you in actual fighting combat? I would love to see you in real action.

Jesus Christ this was a blast from the past. My younger days in Hawsker Kung Fu club had this exact drill. The sinking elbow to the nape of the neck is drawn from quite a few kata and such I would imagine. The initial block we didn't quite cover as much it was more a stylised Tan Sau but it amounts to the same.
Our old Kung fu teacher used to have what he called Oh Fuck drills. Random punches or shocking motions towards you would cause you to do what was hard wired in the brain. That's how he would Gage progress. God bless him and you Lee ♥

    Question:
Why do you wait for the assailant to throw his punch instead of attacking first?
Thank you in advance for your answer.
