Is there a way to seal the leaks without welding it? Cause the muffler is stainless steel
from what ive seen i dont have to weld it, i can just clamp it well enough for it to be good right?

It's how the "duals" was set up at the factory. You'd have to ask the "bean counters" at GM.
I never understood why people put two mufflers on.
