    These guys must first plan and do something about their city drainage system to handle the sudden floodwater, more than anything else!! Building newer and bigger structures is a secondary thing. Anything above that will be disastrous if you don't look after the basics.
    It's just like dressing up a bridegroom at the best beauty parlour with lots of costly perfumes but ignoring to check if her pads are changed and clean or not. Or, as the Arabic saying goes: ‘From the outside, it's the best of the best, but from the inside, only Allah knows the rest!’
