This was a REALLY good video. Thank you.
The best fantasy football channel there is! Keep it up
I will never hit on a Kyren Williams or Puka because I dont draft day 3 receivers or RBs because the hit rates are so bad.
Mason on a roll! Youve got the juice for years now man.
Appreciate you my guy!
How about UDFA hits? If they were added to day 3, what do % look like?
Hi Mason, great work as always. Can you revisit this after the draft when we find out what round these backs are taken in?
It would be really interesting if 10+ PPG was added aswell, even though it make the work a lot heavier.
Basically players that can be a serviceable depth option in case of injuries, and can be flipped for profit.
Get for the 4.05 and selling for a late 2nd rounder during the season.
Basically "what kind of players are we targetting for those late round rookie picks".
I would assume the percentages will correlate but I I would assume the market would overvalue such players massively.
Another great video!
I think that one thing needs to be added with this. Specifically for corum. With NIL money, being older I don’t know if it translates like it used to. Corum could have come out last year and been a fringe day 2 maybe early day 3 pick. So looking at data and comparing him to other older RBs I don’t think it quite fair. Some people stay because they don’t have a choice. Lloyd being in that boat. His age I think works against him still. But I wouldn’t really move corum down just based on age because he was skilled enough to be a solid pick last year. And it’s crazy that I’m defending him because I’m personally mostly out on him, but I just don’t think it’s overly fair to compare his age and move him down for that. Yes it limits his longevity probably. But what are the odds he or any of these other backs are RB1s in 5-6 years? In the short term I think age isn’t a problem or question with him. I just have other questions with him which is why I’m likely out on his current price
New Flock video always starts Monday off right. Thanks Mason you're the man!
Real question is should I draft Marv at my 1.2 in superflex? Qb room is Burrow, Bryce, and Aidan oconnel lol. I'm assuming Caleb will likely be gone by my 1.2
Mason where do you stand on Ford and the browns backfield in general? He's ranked so low everywhere even after filling in pretty damn well last year. Does everyone think Chubb is going to return to 2021 form at 28 years old after that injury? They don't really have to draft capital to bring in another rb, Foreman and Hines aren't a threat.. curious what are your thoughts
Foreman has been pretty dang good everywhere he has been filling in. Don't count him out and ford didn't fill in that well to be fair.
@@robertbarrows4795 They always do. You can count on that 36 point game Foreman will cook up this season.
It’s def a great backfield to own pieces of, regardless imo. That’s what I did last year and it totally paid off with ford!
Never count out donta foreman getting playing time in a backfield 😂
Great question, I love ford
I really like your deep dive into data. However, I feel like you should do some learning on what statistical significance is. Pretty sure there is no (statistically) significant difference between 4/14 and 3/14. Great video and nice learnings anyways!
Bro. Man splaining data analysis to Mason is a pretty silly thing to do.
He wasn’t saying they were significantly worse, just that they didn’t get better after their first season (like you would think).
Interesting. Chase Brown was 23 in rookie season, 5th round pick, seems like the Moss pickup kind supports the idea he probably won’t be a big breakout
Mason, how does data impact the draft outcome likelihood that you mentioned in a video a couple of weeks ago. I believe the take away was usually only elite rbs taken in early rnd 1 of rookie drafts are worth it.
I like the video but the thing with me is a lot of running backs who are told to be studs get taken round 2 historically as well i feel round 1 and 2 should be grouped together
Just based on talent alone. For the long term would you rather have Rome Odunze or Luther Burder?
Amon ra turned 22 in October of his rookie year. Was he considered to be 21?
Also, his average score was under the thresholds but he caught fire at the end of the season. Is there a way to account for that? Perhaps look to # of spike weeks over 16 fppg and # of floor weeks of 10 points or more?
I feel like this was a little overkill haha
🌞 Blessings
Good morning
Good morning my guy!
Do you think you should take into consideration that Corum had an injury at the end of his junior year, which I believe was a reason he decided to come back an extra year?
going to chemistry lecture < new flock video
Haha in college I would just be messing with my dynasty teams during lecture, 99% of cases it would have been a massive mistake. Lucky this worked out
@@Dynastyflock Now you are the chemistry teacher, of fantasy football!
