Everyone saying the rb class is so bad this year, I think the receiver class is just that good. I’ve been in on these backs in the later rounds all year.

The RB class is definitely worse compared to previous years. Could argue none of these guys are 2nd round worthy, Cowboys likely reach though.

Field speed and 40 speed are different, Corum has patience , vision and power, he’s got great shiftablity between the guards, this is what has made him successful at all levels so far it is hard for defenders to read and react against him because of this. Elite 40 time RB’s do not turn into elite RB’s the majority of the time

Don't sleep on Isiah Davis from South Dakota state. Dude is a beast. 6'0 218lbs. Could be a gem in a weak running back class. If he would have transferred after his freshman year. I have no doubt. He would have been a top ten running. Depending on where he would have went. Even if he falls to 5th or 6th round. He will make an NFL roster.

Not having Bucky Irving in the top 10 is nuts. Great runner, great vision, elite receiving ability at RB(led the nation in receptions at RB), breaks tackles better than most the guys on this list.
Averaged 6.8 ypc and 6.3 ypc the last 2 years. Had 1600 total yards and 13 TDs last year. Wayyy better production than most the guys listed on here. Braelon Allen is big and slow and doesn’t break tackles as well as Bucky who’s way smaller. PFF has Irving ranked 4th. Putting guys like Shipley/ Guerendo(who couldn’t even start at Louisville)/ and the Purdue RB above him makes zero sense to me.
Leaving him out of the top 10 completely invalidates the list imo.

Your point about Brooks re Roschon _Johnson_ (you said 'Robinson' for both him & Bijan) is a strong reason I expect the Bears to under-perform yet again. He was considered the Best Pure Rusher coming out of last year's draft. So why didn't the Bears _do anything_ with him?
    Matt Eberflus.
Despite having no background whatever in offense 'Flus makes it Very Clear that *_he_** decides* what plays to limit offenses to. The fact that he, not Getsy has similarities in how their o-lines play to Frank Reich shows that Matt is a micro-manager.
Micro-managers can't keep from meddling. also, a guy like Roschon can't possibly succeed on their teams. Johnson was clocked as faster _with the ball in his hands_ than in practice or at the combine. Micro-managers make you practice forever until you do things right *in practice.* He might _destroy_ Johnson. (I'd like to see _him_ get onto Dallas or even better, the Giants).
It was Eberflus' decision to cancel the plays that made the Bears the #1 offense for 3 weeks straight _(BEFORE_ they acquired D.J. Moore), when he neither took fields to the blue tent after he "started" staring at open receivers & refused to respond to reporter questions about this _OR_ when Fields called it out it was clear that *He Decided* to call for Fields to not throw to certain receivers on certain plays.
& that play worked precisely never. So while _that play_ was likely specifically designed to set Fields up to fail & won't be present in the future, the problem with micro-managers is micro-aggressions. They see their style as perfect & prefer it to winning.
Caleb is An Individual. He may be a team player on the field, but as An Individual, he's also gonna notice when the plays called aren't good for the team. It's only gonna be a matter of time before this comes to a head. It's just a matter of when, not if. After all, when you eliminate Eberflus' play-calling such as *intentionally calling* terrible o-line plays & literally undermining the offense by ordering Fields not top throw to often ended being the Only Receivers to get open on many plays, _what_ are Fields' problems remind me?
That Darnell Mooney couldn't catch passes that hit him in the hands? That his amazing weird-arm passes on the run that threaded tight windows to hit covered receivers often went to waste on this team? They *already **_had_* a guy in Caleb Williams' tier & they didn't _want_ to win with him. Whatever reason you ascribe this to, the point is that Poles & Eberflus hold Having *Their Way* as a higher priority than winning.
    That's not good.

5’8 was the quote. This is a valid as You named some great players. But this is Outlier bias. I can name thousands that don’t succeed below these thresholds.
