      Nice idea! That's a very low risk neighborhood with a low risk tenant. We know how to minimize what risk there is. But I like that idea. We should always make more the more difficult the situation is. Life SHOULD be fair!

      What? Who is being exploited? The tenant is a single father who for the first time was able to get his own home in a nice neighborhood. He needed that home and he deserved it. Section 8 gave him enough funding to afford to live there. I appreciate when my tax dollars go to good people like this man. I appreciate being paid market rent too. Everything is costing more for everyone. It's a win-win.
