It looks like the centre cap is loose because the ring us missing. The tape works a bit but still a bit loose. I just hope it doesn't fall out while driving.
He has a car and van. His car is a vauxhall astra and we've had t for like 9 years which have alloys. The van is a renault kangoo and that has hubcaps but I dont know how long hes had it like 5 years maybe but were looking for a new one as his current one is a money steamer do to say, its always in repair like once every couple weeks so it's not become worth the effort. I was told I might be able to strip that van down and go banger racing in it but he might also sell it idk

Duct tape breaks down. Use Gorilla Tape or better yet silicone rubber cement
Its fallen off now so time to buy another one😂
It appears you have a snapped wheel bolt in the wheel
They're plastic bolt covers and the missing one is the lock nut do it never had one I dont think
