I'd like to know the drill you used.
So i was thinking of making one of these for my pet spider when i get it, but i searched up "acrylic glue fuse toxic fumes" and it said it takes months for the glue to stop giving off fumes, and i think it will kill the spider, so i want your opinion on this because you make these enclosures for your spiders. Will the fumes kill my spiders?
These look amazing! May I ask what brand of acrylic glue and what sized drill bit you used?
Thank you! It doesn't has a brand because it is a local product and the drill bit size is around 2.2 mm, but I suggest you to use 3 mm drill bit, for a better air circulation.

Wow this looks really good. I'm hoping to build something similar. May I ask if the drill bit you used is one of the nail drill attachments or the long protruding thing that comes out of the nail drill that the drill attachments fit onto?
I don't really get what you mean by drill attachments but here's what I can explain 😂 The nail drill comes with several drill bits that are used for sanding, not for making holes. So I bought a new drill bit and a drill collet that matches the drill bit size. I attached the drill bit by putting the collet in the nail drill.

Acrylic does not mean anything....
Acrylic is the same thing as plexiglass. Just search acrylic glue or plexiglass glue and you should fine it.

Well, depends on where you live. In my country it costed me around 3 USD for an enclosure that size. No problem!

That's called a nail drill
I want to make a door with size 1ft × 2ft 3mm, will the glue with acrylic hinge will be durable? What do you think?
You can use larger hinges and also consider using thicker acrylics maybe 4mm at least

where do you buy acrylic hinges? I can't find them very easy or very expensive (€7 for 1)
I live in southeast asia and I bought them from a local online store. You can buy it from amazon for $8 / 12pcs.

Would this be sturdy enough for a big tarantula? obviously a bigger version, I'm just scared in case it falls apart and have a spider running around again😅
Use thicker acrylic and acrylic corner brackets so that you don't need to worry about that 😁

It's called acrylic glue, specially used only for acrylics.
Would the acrylic warp from humidity?
Not from humidity but from heat, it could bend a bit. Use thicker acrylics for stronger structure 👍

Sure no problem, it was 2 mm but I think it was too small, 3 mm would be the best for it.

One more question. Is your glue fast to dry? Cuz i have this problem my syringe is always stuck due to fast drying glue. I already did use 4 of my syringe always get stuck inside the needle.
What are you using to cut the acrylic with?
Not the drill I mean to cut each panel.
I bought the sheets already cut like that. They use laser to cut it smoothly, and there is a tool you can use to cut it manually, it's an acrylic cutter.

What's the size of the acrylic sheet?
That's around 13cm and the thickness is 2mm. If you want to measure every side of the enclosure, I have a detailed explanation in my older video "How to Make Acrylic Enclosure (Measuring, Cutting ..." Hope it helps 👍

Is all the sheet cut in same size
Or some pieces need to be bigger?
Some pieces need to be bigger, of course, if you want to have it glued nice and tidy. Some part of the sheets you have to add the size by the thickness of the sheet. Also, if you want to make the enclosure taller or wider.
