Crispy Marinated Baby Octopus

Cooking baby octopus couldn't be easier: braise gently until tender, marinate in an assertive lemon-garlic-olive oil marinade, then give it a nice sear to make it crispy. Stunningly delicious, add a Greek Salad, bread for mopping and a glass of chilled wine for the perfect summer meal!

Wild caught Baby Octopus is unsustainable for the species even if it's yummy or not.
Save the Octopus and cook something else.

You're actually boiling them to make them soft or tender. Otherwise they will be tough and chewy.
