Low Back Qigong with Mountain River Ambience

- This Qigong for Low Back pain routine helps revitalize the lower back, hips, waist and spine. We do this by opening the joints through silk reeling qigong, activating the glutes and abdominal muscles through physical training, stretching the hamstrings and hip flexors through daoyin Dao Yoga, and relaxing the muscles and nerves by nourishing the Kidney Yin and building the lower dantian through Qigong standing and moving meditations.
Please be careful with this routine. Only do the exercises that you can without pain, and consult a physical therapist or physician prior to attempting this routine, especially if you have prior injuries.

" Tao Yin & Qigong for a pain free body", "Evening Qigong for stress relief", "Qigong for Immune boost for older people" etc. nevertheless, I never ever skip my favourite routine namely, " 6 Healing Sounds Qigong - Liu Zi Jue..." I really feel great.
I must also say that I appreciate all your effort and above all, your compassion towards mankind. In my country there is no way to learn Qigong other than CZcams. When I told my physician ( who definitely is a good one), that I am practicing Qigong, she asked me: " What is that?"🤔Well, I am aware that Existence has offered me a Great, Beautiful Gift, therefore I consider myself as being a very happy human being.

Wow Nick. Just did this for the first time. You are so right about the origin of LBP often being in weak gluteal and abdominal muscles.
For the first time in 3 years since falling ill I was able to do bridges and planks without crashing.

Such a gooooood session ! Noticing real improvement with my shoulder ( hooray ! ) and that I could not only do the plank but hold it for both repeats . Scenery is splendid, sounds of water so very meditative. The rocks in the drone pictures look like lapis lazuli . Who knew that Idaho was so beautiful ? Thank you so much, Nick.

Very timely. I fell down some ice covered stairs a few days ago. I’ve been doing gentle Qigong every morning. After starting each movement slowly I was able to warm myself up to full range of motion. I followed this with a little swaying bear, it just felt right. Thanks once again Nick.

Just blissful, as always, Nick. Almost every time you’ll say one little thing that improves my understanding ever more. Today during the pelvic lift exercise it was to lift with the glutes... OH. I’ve been hamstring lifting forever, and squeezing when I get to the top rather than actually using the glutes to lift. No wonder I’m chronically bunless... Flat rear like my mom. DANG. Thanks!!! Love your tips and metaphors. Bravo!
This is definitely going to be one of my favourite routines - I've suffered from lower back pain for years due to four fused vertebrae and I really felt a loosening and revitalising of my spine - thank you Nick, and all this offered in such a beautiful setting!

Do you have a good recommendation on men's qigong videos/training for when trying to refrain from sex/ejaculation?
I think unless you are truly living a monastic life, my teachers would say it is better not to completely refrain from ejaculation. But compulsive sexual habits are an issue to be reckoned with. Stress reduction (which in men lowers estrogen and cortisol) lowers compulsive pleasure seeking. As for energy work, sinking and settling the Qi in the Dan Tian can be helpful. @@TheNickLoffree Great thank you for responding. My gf and I have decided to refrain from sex until marriage and I would like to avoid masturbation too, but that's not easy. So ideally a practice to lessen those urges or move that energy.
