I think it’s okay, as long as you’re not hitting the same muscle that you put stress on during your first workout. It kinda helps when it comes to burning calories too.

I get in some fasted cardio early before work a few times a week, then go back and lift after work. Works great for me, because I can go hard for both, and I tend to not have 80-90 minutes available in one block, but can split it up to 20-25 minutes in the morning and the rest for weights at night to bookend the day.

I know it seems to much what i am doing lately for around 6 months Now .. Training twice a day..... i was 98 kg after 5 years off training due to working away from my city and traveling everyday... Now i am 85 Kg and in very great shape. So this is what i do. Monday around 9:30 to 11 am Full Chest Biceps 9:30 to 11:30 pm full back for mass + 30 min Cardio. Tuesday shoulders triceps in morning moderated legs in the night + 30 min cardio. Wed (day off weighs) just intensity Cardio late at night. Thursday Morning Full back slow movements for definition + traps Late at night Full chest Biceps (only at 60% of what i do monday) + 30 min cardio. Friday Morning Full intensity Legs workout than late at night shoulders triceps work out- No Cardio. Sat off completely Sunday only cardio late at night. I love it my body shape has changed around 50% in 6 months. Yes i do have ups and downs in energy training twice a day because of intensity but i love it. I am 41 year old i am not taking anything when it comes to supplements. No protein powder no creatine or anything else . Only 2 days i ago i started taking tong kat ali for testosterone boost thats it. 1 thing i may change from this routine is triceps swap with biceps , so chest triceps, shoulder biceps. No to forget mentioning I fasted for 15/17 Hours 5 days a week including training twice. I stopped fasting lately because i didn't want to go below 85 kg . I love it

very interesting. i like your protocole. how do you find tong kat ali ? i started working out twice a day too, couple weeks ago, because i had a medical issue (nothing big) but it force me to stop my job for now. so i got time for it. i break up too, so i went visit my parents. could stay in my basement or visit my parents with big house in nature, with garage and lots of dumbbell. at 39, i workout since 17, always in good shape, but my focus during this weeks is upper back and traps, the yoked and power look.
day 1 : morning : traps and upper back + calfs (heavy shrugs, dumbbell high pull)
day 1 afternoon : full body (heavy flat db chest press, single arm dumbbell row, dumbbell front squat)
      day 2 : only 1 session : shoulders workout (40 min)
day 3 : morning traps and upper back + calf (same as day 1) but different intensifier method
day 3 : afternoon : chest and triceps (40 min lots and for tri, i do lot of skull crusher, incline, flat, decline + kickback etc)
      day 4 : off
day 5 : morning traps and upper back + calf
day 5 : afternoon : full body legs focus. shoulders press, chin-up and bulgarian split squat, dumbbell RDL
day 6 : morning shoulders workout (30-35 min)
      day 6 afternoon : arms + calfs (40 min)
      day 7 : off
i do about 10 000 to 15 000 step a day with that, 2-3 walk a day. i got dumbbell in pounds, 20-25-35-45-80 with a chin-up bar. all i need. i fast until noon. i eat lunch, dinner and late night meal. lots of eggs, beef, chicken, rice,, potato, avocado, greek yogurt. amino acid for supplement with electrolye for training. greens + glutamine in the morning with water.

@@DariusKant Tong kat ali was crazy on the first month , the fifth week to be precisely i started feeling weird , horney for no reason and continued like that for 1 more month and things started to calm down. Since then i been taking tong kat ali 1 month on and one week off . You need a week off after a long use because your body get use to it . When it come to training i am doing the same twice a day weigh training with 20 min treadmill incline 15 and speed 4.0 , trying to keep my heart rate below 120 to burn fat instead of muscles. When it come to eating i am taking around 200 gr protein daily with around 2500 calories sometime les. i was doing intimate fasting for around 2 months 16/8 and that helped me to lose some fat around my love handles and little bit belly. (my belly still no flat thought) but i dont care i am not young anymore and i am not looking for six packs just want to be fit . Remember when u hit back twice do 1 day for lats and middle back and one day for upper back with deadlifts for lower back to . Try not to use same exercises twice a week. Have great Day Buddy

You can simply do two muscle groups in the same day with ample rest between, then you rest from lifting the following day. It could be 4 restdays and 3 lifting days (six sessions) every week. Back in 2018 ,,, I had lost a total of 73 pounds . Started in February and went hard until late may/ June .
Before work I would run a mile / heavy bag workout . Boxing training .
After work , would run another mile and I would do weights at home . Olympic lifting , deadlifts , power cleans , hang cleans , thrusters .
I would do a lot of HIIT workouts .
Workouts lasting 20-25 min each . Keep in mind , when I had started my weight loss journey . Was such a bitch. Couldn’t even run a single lap.
    Fast forward to 2022 .
I had gained the weight back and more . I started again mid April . But I’m not dropping the weight as fast this time . I’m just doing it once a day but ima crank it to 2 a days again.
Once I get this weight off . I will never gain it back again. Shit sucks . I just completed 2 months straight.

We'll some people rather dedicate themselves to working out and fitness with their 24 hours instead of using half of it to indulge in pleasures that give you no return! Btw just because you DONT SELL yourself to a sport team doesn't mean you're not a professional athlete always keep that in mind! Again you don't have to sell your body off to a sport to ne considered a Pro at sports!
