It says "63" on there which sounds like Leshan in mandarin (and it's cute that all the local food specialties were put there on the logo as well). Even these are street food or some consider snacks it is much much healthier than any packaged food. Asian cuisine are so delicious with so many variations.
The little pancake things remind me of the pancake parlour where you can get either hot food or sweet food The skewers are starting to become popular in Melbourne Australia…it’s currently my obsession lol

Amy have you tried 凉糕？ It's like 冰粉 but made with rice instead so it has a creamy opaque color, bouncy like 冰粉 but with a much more pronounced fragrance from the grains. It's usually less fancy with toppings, perfect with just thick brown sugar syrup. Pretty sure you can find it anywhere in Sichuan.

刚去了乐山。周末很多成都重庆人去大吃。有49.9元随便吃的鱼庄，江团（肥坨）、鲟鱼等在青衣江边随便大吃到撑肚子，在梅花丽都旁边。每个人都说应该再另外带个肚子去吃，嘴巴还在吃，一个肚子已经装不下了。甜皮鸭、卤鸭子、钵钵鸡还有好多，都是乐山原创吃了几十年的。上河帮，下河帮，川菜真是好吃的很多。还有荔枝湾的荔枝，真是热带温带亚热带，什么树都长。

i went to le shan several times when i was studying in Chengdu, just for the food. and yes, e mei xue is the famous local drink!

not as intensive as you thought, they put skewer into corn first then separate kernel from cob, so its quick.
