AGE30 Locomotives of Pakistan Railways AKA Blue tiger
If you want to know the basic specifications of AGE-30 Locomotive,s than this video is for you, I had an interview of Pakistan Railways officials in Lahore Locomotive shed, Mr Muhammad Zahid is a seasoned Officer in PR and currently working as FOD Mughalpura locomotive shed since 35 years,
Pakistan Railways imported these locomotives from Adtranz Germany, in 1998 thos AGE30 locomotive have GE Diesel engine(16 cylinders each) which produce 3000HP,
these locomotives are universal locomotives and could haul both passenger and freight trains,
initially 10 units were brought from Germany and remaining 20 locomotives were assembled in Locomotive Factory Risalpur, Pakistan
its nick name or given name is "Blue Tiger"
total 61 blue tiger were made
30 locomotives working in Pakistan Railways
20 locomotives are working in Malaysia & 11 locomotives are working with German Railways,

No there wasn't anything special in it it but AGE30 use to be a backbone of PR and performed amazingly good, but now rehabilitation is due and most of them are going to tired after long work.....

Another suggestion. As PR is not interested in its heritage preservation at all, you may want to preserve information and last glimpses of some of the last surviving locos that are still there like ALU-12, ALU-95, HAU-10, HAU-20, GMU-15, GMCU-15 etc. We may not be able to see them after, may be, 5 years from now. We have lost many locos that we should have preserved for our future generations. Good Luck and stay safe.

If both locomotives would be attached together or more then two then all would be connected by a cable(from leader to last) that electric cable has multiple connectors which control throttle and air hoses for braking,
Now how they deal in Bolan section I personally dont have idea of it may be their personal experience or by a method I mentioned above, thanks

Yeah sab locomotives kon ka aapne pocha Grade 1 locomotives hai, jinki Rawalpindi to Lahore zarorat hi nahi to haul a train,
Peshawar to lalamusa sab ka sab Gradient section hai jahan grade 3 locomotives bhi aram se train ko haul krskta hai,
Matlab yeh ke is section per low power locomotives chahiy hotay hain is wjha se grade 1 locomotive yaha bhi aatay,
Lalamusa junction tak Age30 aata hai from Lahore or khi etc with freight train only
