I am a Mexican American and love the Doors music and I have a comment for all of the doors fans, the Doors visited Mexico in 1969 and they were in the plaza de toros Mexico and Toreo de cuatro caminos and Mexican people love the Doors and also the loved to eat Mexican food “ tacos “ the loved the friendly people, Doors music will never forget.😊😊😊

Heard Light my Fire on radio, late 60s, I was a young kid. Went down to the local record store, listened to the l.p, was blown away. About 4 yrs later, I had bought all their albums. Still have them, the records, the covers, all look brand new.
I know it's a massive shot in the dark, because why would anyone sell their albums, but I've been trying to get older presses of their albums for so long.. if you're ever interested in selling them to someone who is an insanely huge Doors fan and a record collector please contact me at harrisryan297@gmail.com!

But serious, maybe when I get very old, I have no children, don't think my nephews are interested. Maybe then, so will keep your e mail for " maybe one day " . By the way what would you pay for old DOORS albums, immaculate condition. Records and covers as well as new. I don't really know what they are worth.
@@roybean7166 me personally? I'd pay about $80 per record. I'd be very willing to negotiate on that. The Doors came to me at a very dark time at 21 (I'm 23 now) and helped me so much through these last two years. To me they're priceless to the point where I'd pay for them as long as I could eat and pay rent, within reason. Thanks for considering me!

Bands in which EVERY member is key and makes it better are not common. Lose one and it all falls apart. I love The Doors. They're stoner rock/acid rock that can appeal to generations after their time and will continue to appeal to generations long into the future.

I don't care if only two or two hundred people watch or comment and share their thoughts here. Those many will be sufficient to evince pure love and admiration for the legend of the Doors, recognising the divine and transcendental energy associated with a performance like this one. Thank you to the collective team behind this channel for editing and cutting these performances with such acuity. I am 27 but I already feel like I am in the grip of the classic era of yore.

@@Dave_Jee 65 yrs old have seen Doors live, have every piece of film from Venice till now, there is no more. They just keep slicing and dicing and rehashing, Lets be thankful that Jim loved Film and be appreciative he gave us all he did in 6 short years. The Young Lion, Majic!!

The grave is fenced off and what did I do I jumped it and got right beside the grave so I broke on through to the other side.
