The "Carbon Fiber Special" rod. Sleek black 100% carbon fiber rod and carbon fiber split grip handles with "ultra touch" grip feel. Built on KISTLER's KC8+ 100% carbon fiber blank. Unbelievably lightweight averaging only 3.5oz.
100% carbon and woven carbon split grip with a tacky coating to make slip free makes this rod a great design. Gotta get one!

Been fishing Kistler rods for many many years now switched from G loomis , but I feel my older rods are much better quality than all my new kistler rods and I own everything in the lineup besides this one and the grasshopper for kids. Was really disappointed with my new zbone rods when compared with my older z rods . Not saying they are bad rods just seems prices went up quality went down.
What is your name so I can look up the rods you have purchased over the years and figure out what you are comparing…never heard feedback like this but would love to figure out why. Thank you

I left my number once with a gal and once with a gentleman who looked up all my rods since 2000 through my name and email they both said you’d call me back, I’m still waiting for that call & this is another issue i have when companies give you the run around because years ago you was on top of it with good quality rods for the $ and always answered or returned my call in a respectful time frame and that was the reason I made the switch over to your products. I’d love to keep supporting your business, but your gonna have to pick it up a notch and get back to the good old days. I recently ordered two z bones and one snapped mid tip working a smallmouth and when trying to contact you with some questions on the new blanks being used I’m just told you’ll call me back, but yet I see someone has enough time to respond back to my messages on CZcams.
Love all my Kistler rods and cannot wait to try these out. Especially the 7'4" med. heavy

I can certainly attest that the new 610 scope series rod is a real winner! It has a great all-around action and power. I love the way the handle feels in hand ....I now have both scope rods, the frog rod (which is also awesome)

What is the best sensitive and powerful jig rod in the 7ft range you recommend?
@@PHATBASSASSASSIN a 4.5 or 5 power Helium would work great for that and they are light and extremely sensitive. If you can afford it a Z Bone would be a little nicer, nicer guide train and cork on the handle a little different taper on the cork on the handle also. If you like a carbon fiber handle a Chromium series rod, they have my favorite handle I would recommend a 7 ft 4.5 power in the Chromium series or a Chromium Texas-Carolina Rigs, Jigs…Hope this help!
