100g unsalted butter
dry mix
cake flour 160g
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 2 tbsp
cream
240ml whipping cream
1/2 cup milk powder
2tbsp sugar
ganache
100ml whipping cream
1tbsp condensed milk
semi sweet chocolate 70g
1/2 cup milk powder

I would say the filling is more of just a milo whipped cream instead of a pastry cream. A pastry cream is essentially made out of eggs, milk,flour and sugar.

No cake flour can use all purpose flour ?
Yes, you can sift it with cornstarch. Cake flour has low protein content, thus is used to make cakes for that fluffy texture.

The one they use in this video is formulated in Singapore (gao kosong) but milo originates from Australia if that's what you're asking!

Totally agreed. flour is pronounced as flower and not flah. Maybe suphon can take this as a constructive feedback to talk slower. Couldn't quite catch what he's saying and it makes him sound nervous.
