This 20 minute Pilates class is perfect for those who want a quick and effective lower body workout, all while lying down. No equipment needed for today, just your beautiful self and your beautiful mat.

    I’m recovering from a foot surgery, feel blue since a can’t get my 10k step and forget about heavy weight lifting doing squats, deadlifts, etc. this I hope will help with keeping some fitness and not getting totally depressed during my recovery.
