    I am loving this series - my first formal introduction to Pilates. I really appreciate the focus of your sessions - you get right to the point without rushing and without distraction. This is balanced so nicely with your lovely demeanor and encouragement and specific postural guidance. Just overall such a lovely experience with the right balance of support and challenge.

    I added my own personal plank challenge to the end of each of these workouts (24 day series). I'm up to 1:30! I alternate between forearm and straight arm, and sometimes I do both. I love your timing, your delightful accent, your cheerfulness and the variety in these workouts. Thank you, Lottie.

    Lovely side lifts Lottie. I kept yawning throughout, a release response for me, so I knew stored tension on the inner and outer sides of my hips was moving. Brilliant🦋🙏love and blessings from Helen in Brighton💓

    I’m loving this challenge so far! I used to do a lot of Pilates up until around 5 yrs ago. So this is getting me back into the practice and my mind & body are loving it! I also love the time length in these. They are effective but not too long so I really feel like I can commit to them every morning! Thank you for offering the challenge! ❤️

    Warm-up with Day #3 Energizing Pilates + Intense Pilates then I did Day 8 Inner | Outer Thighs. I repeated Day 7 Move and Breathe Pilates as the finale -- needed to re-do Move and Breathe a 2nd time to get it 100% right.

    Hey Lottie, your classes are great and have been interesting to do so far. One thing I've noticed is how worried I am about keeping the form. I'm definitely a beginner and sometimes I worry that my form prevents me from working the right muscles

    I have been doing a few of your other routines for a month or 2 and now doing the 24 day thing. I am cheating and not doing it daily though as i do a 5k or 10k run one day and Pilates the next.Its definately helping with the tight hamstrings and general stiffness of joints that were causing issues and holding me back since i started running to get a bit of fitness back.

      Hey Toni, that's so amazing you are learning about your body through this challenge. That's so interesting you've noticed your inner thighs are stronger than your outer, it's quite commonly the other way around so good in a way haha- yes practice the lovely oyster and side lying legs lifts. You are doing so well xx

      @@LottieMurphy thank you so much! it is indeed interesting, a physiotherapist told me this before but I didnt notice much of it until i started practicing Pilates with you ;) Its very hard for me to finish all the reps that you do in outer thigh lifts but I am getting there. This Video is definitely perfect for me to repeat often. have a lovely day!
