No! I normally suggest clients add the tape or straps half way through the session or when the skin is starting to rip. That way your conditioning the skin as well
I have hypertension in elbow and elbows are very much unstable
Practicing the tuck planche very hard
Yes very common with muscle up training especially when combined with Planche, HSPU etc. forearm release, mobility of wrists, forearms, pec, lats etc can help as well to create more space
how can i learn a muscle up on a doorway pullp bar (i can put it in the middle of the door)
False Grip Chin Ups, Slow Transitions, Eccentrics and YoYo's can all be done on Bars and Rings at different heights. Just make sure the Bar is Secured correctly
