- I bought a stainless aftermarket exhaust for my Kawasaki ER-5 from Delkevic. This is me just talking about it and a bit of a demo of how it looks and sounds compared to the OEM pipe.

Hi there. The new exhaust looks and sounds great.I also have an ER5 and I bought a Fuel silencer for mine.It sounds very similar to yours.Looking forward to any future videos you put up Thanks for taking the time.
Hi Trevor, thanks for commenting - hopefully more videos coming soon when I can find the time :)
Totally agree mate, I have one on mine. Tried without the baffle and it's bloody loud, so I put it back in.
Hello , man! Beautiful exaust.
I’ m from Brazil and i Bought one ER5 this mounth.
Hey, thanks man - safe riding :)
In Brazil ER5 was selt in a very fell quantity. Kawasaki imported very few unities.
I’m thinking in buy this Delkevic exhaust, but the Brazilian currency is very devalued against the English currency.
I bought the er5 with the exhaust blown.
Do you still have the original exaust?
Do you want to sell to me??
I have a gerar friend living in London that could buy and send to me.
For How much could you sell to me??
Sorry, I sold the orginal years ago and I no longer have the ER-5 either. Good luck finding a replacement.
Did Kawasaki ever make a really nice ER500 , lol 😂 , but it’s horses for courses, i don’t like the aesthetics of the rear shock, it looks like an afterthought to me. Great engine though, i wish they made like a classic 500 twin shock, now I’d buy that, a smaller version of the W650. Niiiiiiice video man. I’d have the baffle out of it. 😎👍👍👍🇬🇧
Thanks Mike. I know its a bit like polishing a turd but I'm determined to make this this thing last another 20 years haha 😂
hey! how’s the exhaust holding up after a bit of time? have a 2001 ER-5 waiting for when i pass my mod 2 & was thinking of upgrading the exhaust myself!
The exhaust is perfect, no issues whatsoever. One tip though, if you get one of these exhausts and instll it, make sure you give it a good wipe down before starting the bike up. If you don't, the grease/oil from your hands will burn in to the metal...as I discovered!
just started riding mine, haven’t got a new exhaust on it yet but i’m thinking on it, how many miles do you get off your tank roughly?
