Nothing is interactive with TOR… draw tons of cards gain protection… opponent can’t do much
@@isambo400 Modern is literally more interactive rn than it ever has been. All the non-interactive decks have fallen off hard. Burn is the most played linear deck and even then, burn is actually quite interactive, especially in some matchups.

7:50 I may just be wrong, as I often am, but I think Playing Orcish Bowmaster and pinging a Karnstruct, then double blocking might be the right play? It kills both Karnstructs and only trades your Orcish Bowmaster
You have the second Bowmaster in hand already if they want to rip their own Bowmaster (So you can kill it and still have a bowmaster left over) so it's pretty safe on board. Plus that line would keep their Jegantha stranded for another turn so you could Subtlety it.

I think the right play was fatal push a construct and Orcish bowmaster the other.
Im interested in the reason this list has no Sauron's Ransom, is the extra card advantage redundant with the ring and preordain?
And Lorien Revealed and Archmage's Charm. If you needed additional card draw, you could play the 4th Archmage's which is great (as we know) because it's so much more than just card advantage for the relatively high mana cost. Committing three whole mana just to draw cards is pretty stifling to your board development in the early turns and, while Sauron's Ransom is pretty strong later on, The One Ring and even Lorien Revealed already cover your bases in that department more than sufficiently without being dead cards earlier.

Can you play jace mind sculpture instead of sheoldred?
You could but Jace probably closer fills the role of The One Ring if you really thought it was good. Sheoldred's synergy with all the card draw and it's efficiency in closing games is really valuable.
I was excited to see a dimir deck with Preordain till I saw the 4 of One Ring. Congrats on Top 8.

Why are you playing Sunken Hollow?
In a deck that often wants to preserve life total (by playing/fetching for basics), Sunken Hollow costs no life and casts Counterspell and Archmage's Charm on curve off a basic Swamp (and Sheoldred with only Islands).
Edit: Next question though, is it better than Sunken Ruins? The 1-1 split makes sense to me, drawing two Hollows is often a disaster but so is playing Ruins tapped. Upside of Ruins over 4th Watery Grave though is pretty real - saving two life is quite relevant with the Ring and playing effectively 11 fetches gives you the option to do it almost whenever it matters :)
