If you're still running j would suggest you look at running technique. It turns out you can run wrong. I changed my technique and all my knee pain went away and I ran quicker. Food for thought if you're new to running.
I run 3x a week and I warm up along with this video each time! No more shin splints within the first three miles!!!

Did you do it before the start of the push ups or the actual run?
@@tatianabritton6258 If it's anything like most PT tests, then before either the push ups and the run - the tests won't typically afford a long enough break to do warm-ups in between exercises
It's bloody hard to believe but my results speak for themselves! This warmup got me so tired, but when I ran, I got my fastest 5k until now! Gonna do this before every run now! ♥

New subbie alert! I’ve just went on my first run in three years since high school and I got 4K in 28.16, nothing compared to what I used to run but I’m proud as I smoke cigarettes which I’m trying to stop! Most Best part of it is, it is like LIVE, real coach guiding us, standing in front us and making us do it.
You did give us time to do along with you, same number of reps which we have to do and also in the intended time full length and on both sides rather than just showing one movement and asking us to do 10 or 15 reps. That way this is very much adaptable and helpful for us, we can daily just start playing your this video and do warmup along with this video instructions.

I found this video just recently. I was looking for running specific warm ups. This has been great. I have always been very tight in my arms and shoulders when I run and this has almost completely eliminated that issue for me. The only thing I feel this warm up is missing is more valve stretching. I always do extra after this video before I head out. Thanks for posting!

This is incredibly amazing. I have never run more than 5k ever since I started running three years. Today was my first 10k nonstop running, ofc there was some occasional slowdown but I never stopped running and easily clocked 10k within one hour, usually it took me about 40 mins to clock 5k and that too with much difficulty. Hats off and thank to Holly and Run Experience!
I tried this yesterday..and it really makes a difference! Increased my speed from 6:40 /km to 6:00/km!!!

thank you so much. this warm up was amazing. i am attempting to run one mile each day, and i haven't been doing a warm-up before which led to a lot of pain in my legs. this warm up made my mile actually enjoyable, and i felt great after it. i've never felt like this, and this feeling is truly amazing. i will def be using doing this warm up each time i run! thank you so much again!

nice warm-up, I am a soccer player working on my fitness level and I just ran 3miles in 19min05 after that warm-up, (the path was filled of slopes I can do even better on a more constant surface)
Been exercising for decades including yoga and still hadn't tried several of these (dynamic pigeon!? i like it). Nice video! Good editing and music volume too.

I have done so many warm up videos and this is far the best one. It is hard work, but I left the house on fire, ran my PB 5k when I was only looking to attempt a 5k benchmark run... Thanks! Now I will have to work on beating that in 4 weeks time!

I have done two 13k runs in 2 days, the second run was faster by nearly 2 mins and average pace was up by just over 1 kph. This was down to following this warn up. 👍Thank you

Worked wonders for me. Got 45 seconds/km off my timing for a 3k run and i finally ran a sub 5 minute/km 3k.
