I love my stream deck. If you edit you can assign hot keys for your NLE too. It’s very versatile

I’ve been scouring the internet trying to figure out why Duet stopped working on my iPad and PC. Used to work great and then it stopped. 🤷🏻
Hi Dee, as ridiculous as this sounds, try using another cable. It happened to me as well. I had 10 different original Apple USB to lightning cables and only 1 of them worked! I have no idea why this is so. The other 9 cables just had no reaction when I plugged it in

It might be worth investigating Strata Macros for the iPad - it talks to the ATEM Mini Pro directly, without the need for an OSC intermediary.

Thanks Jon! Sure in future I will add the US $ for my costs. Unfortunately you can't use the IPad as a HDMI Output viewer. You have to get an external monitor for that purpose.

Hi Love & Light! Thank you so much for watching our videos and your kind comments. Yes it is actually possible but I would not recommend it because
1. Your laptop is already running the Atem Software Control Panel and/or any external software like OBS
2. You will not want to put all your eggs in one basket. In the unlikely event of a laptop reboot you can still switch to the other and play some media while you quickly fix it up.
3. Also you can get another person to handle that 2nd laptop specifically for macros, lower 3rds etc and makes it less stressful for the person doing the switching AND handling of all the other functions.
I hope the answers are useful as I am speaking from experience, a 2nd laptop IMO i would say is definitely necessary! Take care !

Thanks for the video, really helpful. When I type in my ATEM Mini's IP address into atemOSC it says No response from Switcher. Any idea why?

Hi yes you can, using a lighting to audio jack on the iPad and putting music to the MIC ports of the Atem

Hi Wes no it cannot be used as a monitor from the HDMI out
Can this be done with an iPhone ?
For using the iPad as a camera, unfortunately it's not clean HDMI with the native camera App. i.e. it displays the controls on the HDMI as well. Is there a way to get rid of the controls and just the image/video?
Airmix Solo does this for free, but FiLMiC Pro does this now and has better controls than Airmix Solo IMHO plus the ability to control the camera remotely if you buy that app too or get the bundle.

Hi SG not directly but you can dl an app called MixEffect that is sort of a replacement for a laptop. But personally I still prefer using a laptop

The Atem Mini Extreme has an additional HDMI output for this purpose!
Hi Mr. Steph, greetings from Malaysia. I having an issue: when I connected my iPad Pro 2020 to Atem Mini Pro (updated software), my iPad Pro always flickering at my multiview monitor. I had try change option frame rate at Atem Mini Pro setting yet it's still flickering. Any idea how to solve it? Thanks
Hi Azrain my bro from across the borders!
1. Was there any issue prior to updating the software?
2. Is the adaptor for the iPad (lightning-HDMI) original? If it's third party it may have some problems. Also for the lightning to HDMI adaptor you need to make sure there is additional cable into the adaptor for power.

2. I'm using Ugreen converter (link already given above) & I connected with the power also.
My iPad Pro 2020 only have USB C port only, don't have lighting port

Thank very much brother@@StephLeeTech for your kind replying my questions. I connected my iPad Pro 2020 with ‘UGreen 9 in 1 USB C Hub Type C to Multi 3.0 HDMI Adapter Converter’. I also connecting the power cable to this adapter at the same time too then from Atem Mini Pro output to multiview monitor.
@@azrainalaman I'm not too sure why but I suspect it's the adaptor because I used a 3rd party adaptor before for my iPad (lightning) and it doesn't work. Then I changed into an original lightning to hdmi and it worked. www.apple.com/sg/shop/product/MUF82ZA/A/usb-c-digital-av-multiport-adapter
