You get a permanent residency visa. Once you are done, you work wherever you want in the country

There is no nursing shortage. Just nurses leaving abusive patient ratios and low pay for the cost of living. Going overseas is a financial strategy. Offering even less to international nurses. RN here.
That's true. There are so many factors that's has lead to shun towards the profession. The international nursing process itself is complex, and definitely there are so many areas that need improvement from the recruiters and recruits!!.
So, do these agencies sponsor the green card? I am an international student in the United States about to complete my nursing program and write my nclex. People are saying most hospitals don’t help with getting the green card. How true is it?

Hello Marion, what is your take on Passport USA. I am kinda worried about them because I have not heard of any Kenyan Nurse using it. I had started my applications with them and I have interview with them today.
I won't recommend it to anyone due to my personal experience . But I have friend's who have successfully used it

@lindambalz5162 I do research to present this info here, and I do my due diligence to ensure that an agency is registered and indeed legally exists! There are over 50 international recruiting agencies as this is not a new process, its been here gor agaes. I didn't do research on all of it 50+ agencies. I made a video on what to look for when getting in bed with an agency!.
