A Day in Our Life in Kichijoji: West Side Tokyo

- This week we had a great video we all planned out, and we were intent on shooting it, but we just couldn't get it done. And every day that we tried, health got in the way, and we'd try to recover in hopes of being ready the next day. Once this went on for a few days, we realized that this week we wouldn't be able to work on a big project, so we took it easy, took some care of ourselves, and a little bit of care of each other as well.
So we'll show you a bit more of our city, Kichijoji - some of its sights and sounds, and some of it's ramen, too. We really love our city, and wanted to share some of that with you in this week's video.

I personally really liked this video, your subscribers definitely love Tokyo, but I think one of the main reasons we subscribe is because of your personalities. you guys should do more vlogs too! even if it's not a professional video, keeping up with your lives is really fun for all of us!
Honestly, I didn't even realize that this was a "video about not being able to make a video'''... I was just enjoying it... In fact, I had even thumbs-up'd it about half way through... goes to show how much we can get in our heads about things... you guys were 'frustrated' because it wasn't the content that you were wanting to put out, but I really enjoyed this and it made me smile and happy and peaceful... so thank-you :) I hope that your next video does all that for you too <3
Just the idea that you guys make these videos for us that are so well made, so entertaining especially when circumstances are sometimes really challenging is SO motivating! I'm gonna be honest I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOOOVE when Meemers interrupts the recording, it's so cute!
I love that you had a little instruction section, that was so much fun!! Also, Martina deflecting complements reminded me of the podcast titled "We're Not Soulmates". That was one of my favorites! My bf and I were having issues where he felt like he was doing more than me, and it turns out it is because our love languages are different. So he was doing so many things that I appreciated but didn't fill up my "love meter". Because of your video we were able to figure out that he was doing things to show that he loved me that he would personally like and vice versa. So we basically just switched, I started doing things he would normally do (cleaning the dishes) because that was his love language and he would start to do things that I would normally do (give massages) because that was my love language! TL;DR: Your video helped my boyfriend and I become much closer and understand each other more <3
I'm so happy to see that you guys are still thriving and that you guys are still so amazing, fun, and kind. I started watching you guys since your K-pop Music Monday days but stopped during your transitional phase from Korea to Japan. I'm slowly getting back to watching your videos and it's like hanging out with friends you haven't seen in a while and being thankful that they're as awesome as you remember them to be. Videos about taking care of yourselves are just as important as videos about fancy ramen and traveling because as much as we all love fancy ramen and traveling we need to be reminded to take care of ourselves too. Y'all are so great at using your platform to lead by example <3

"I promise we'll be back next week with better stuff." Maybe you don't think it was the best, but I really enjoy these kinds of videos. So down to earth--and real. Like when Martina asked about the ramen shop. It was just such a real to life moment. Also because I work in a grocery store, I have a fascination with shopping in other places and really enjoy being taken along for grocery hauls.
