Super work! When I do a gathering in Ohio I don't shred my pork unless requsted. Seems like they love it cut like Brisket when serving. Juicy without using a sauce. Cut off as ordered. Just may be my thing here I do.

Hahaha yes the sides were brought by the family and I handled the meat and smoked mac n cheese. Yeah bro I was tired haha
