THE BEST TIRAMISU YOU'LL EVER TASTE | Quick & Easy Dessert

Tiramisu has always been a huge hit with my family. This recipe is easy, and can be prepared in advanced and left over night. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 22 sponge fingers
- 300ml water + 3 tbsps instant coffee
- 2 tsp sugar, mixed in with the coffee
- 300g mascarpone cheese
- 200ml whipping cream
- 0.5 cup sugar, for the whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract/essence
- Chocolate shavings OR cocoa powder, for topping
