    1.IDLE UPMA RECIPE INGREDIENTS: (measurement given for 4 person approx)
    Oil - 2tbsp
    Mustard Seeds-1/2tbsp
    Urad Dal - 1/2 tbsp
    Bengal gram Dal -1/2 tbsp
    Dry Red Chill -2
    Onion -1 medium size
    Salt (as per taste)
    Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
    Idle - 3nos
    Coriander - hand full
    2.KOLLU KOZHAMBU WITH IDIYAPPAM RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
    Masala paste ingredient:
    Coconut -10 pieces
    Ginger - 1 finger size
    Garlic - 6
    Onion -1 Small size
    Tomatoes - 2 medium size
    Mint leaf- hand full
    Rock Salt- 1/2 tbsp
    Cloves -2
    Cumin Seeds-1 tbsp
    Cinnamon-1
    Fennel Seeds - 1tbsp
    Full Pepper- 1tbsp
    Kozhambu prepare ingredient:
    Oil - 3tbsp
    Onion- 1 small size
    Potato- 1 (optional)
    Kollu (as per your requirement) soak overnight
    Turmeric powder- 1/4 tbsp
    Red Chill Powder- 1tbsp
    Coriander powder- 2tbsp
    Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tbsp
    Water- 1glass
    Coriander- Hand full
    IDIYAPPAM INGREDIENTS:
    Rice flour- 1cup
    Salt (as per taste)
    Hot Water (as per requirement)
    3.GHEE RICE WITH EGG CURRY
    Egg curry recipe INGREDIENTS:
    For Curry Masala:
    Oil - 2tbsp
    Ginger- 1hand full
    Garlic - 6
    Onion - 2 big size
    Cashew- 10
    Green chill- 3
    Coriander- hand full
    Salt (as per taste)
    For EGG Curry ingredient:
    Oil - 2tbsp
    Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
    Red Chill Powder-1/2 tbsp
    Boiled egg (as per your requirement)
    Cinnamon-1
    Cloves-2
    Above Masala paste
    Pepper Powder- 1tbsp
    Coriander powder- 1tbsp
    Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tbsp
    Cumin powder- 1/2 tbsp
    Water -1/2 glass
    Curd - 2tbsp
    Fresh cream- 1tbsp
    Kasturi meti- 1tbsp
    Coriander leaf- hand full.
    4.MILLET UPMA RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
    Oil - 3tbsp
    Ghee - 1tbsp
    Cinnamon-1
    Cloves-2
    Bay leaf- 1
    Garlic-5
    Green chill- 3
    Curry leaf- 8
    Onion-1 medium
    Carrot- 1 big
    Capsicum-1 medium
    Gree peas- 1/2 cup
    Salt (as per taste)
    Tomato - 1 small
    Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
    Red Chill Powder-1/2 tbsp
    Millet- 1glass
    Water - 3 glass
    HAKKA NOODLES RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
    Oil - 4tbsp
    Butter- 1 cube size
    Garlic-5
    Onion -1 medium
    Salt (as per taste)
    Carrot- 1 big
    Capsicum- 1 medium
    Garam Masala powder-1/2 tbsp
    Red Chill Powder- 1/2 tbsp
    Pepper Powder- 1tbsp
    Red Chill Flakes- 1/2 tbsp
    Origano- 1/2 tbsp
    Tomato ketchup- 1tbsp
    Boiled Noodles (as per requirement) 1pk
