But if he could just see what it’s like to be apart of a winning culture that would be great for him.. I think he will impress his way to some minutes in the heat rotation. Leo_Cerberus honestly teams play a huge part but it’s also based on how much the player wants to improve. You see guys like Andrew Wiggins who have all the tools but his lack of drive and motivation to be great is disappointing and that ruins his potential and development then you see a dude like Giannis who just wants to be the best. But if we were talking about teams who have really succeeded in player development we definitely have to include the raptors, hawks, spurs,heat, Celtics, bulls if they get rid of that coach the jazz and sometimes the nets. These teams just know how to put their young guys in the right position to succeed, they know how much minutes to play them, how to alternate them between the nba and the gleague and put the right guys around them

He's not really great in one area but he can do a little bit of everything. If he can improve his outside shot he'll stick around for a long time in the NBA.
He looks pretty good, very good body control in the air but.. what about his shooting mechanics? His release is too low I think and he is going to get blocked a lot. I do not know much about shooting but can a player change the way they shoot the ball?
Yes he can obviously change it but it’s a lot easier said than done. Most guards who come out of college these days good or not have something wrong with their shooting form or mechanics in one way or the other tho. This kids shot isn’t perfect but it isn’t awful either a good developmental team can help him with that.
It's about time the Sixers drafted a Kentucky player. Most of them do well in the NBA, Jamal Murray, Tyler Herro, etc.
