Minister Vandal hosts a conversation on tackling climate change in Nunavut

Across Nunavut, communities have found creative solutions to tackle climate change and promote clean energy.
Through the Government of Canada’s climate change programs, collaborative climate initiatives are being led in Arviat and across Nunavut. These projects incorporate climate science and traditional Indigenous knowledge shared by Elders to develop solutions to tackle climate change and provide communities with clean energy. Northern communities are leading change from the ground up and these projects are bringing in a more resilient future for many communities.
